    Words

Words are very powerful. They can be used as healing medicine and they can be used as black magic. Be careful of the words you choose. You can save a life and you can destroy a life through words. Don't get me wrong it takes two to be involved. The person using the words as healing or as black magic and the person receiving these words. The person receiving these words has to make a choice whether to believe it and accept these words or to reject them. For example if I told you that you were no good and you believe and accept these words I am using black magic on you and by you accepting them you will see yourself as no good. Now if I tell you that you are a beautiful person and you believe these words I am using my words as healing and you will if not now eventually see yourself as a beautiful person. I see many people who are filled with anger, bitterness and hatred using black magic through words. Parents do it to their children. You see it happening in schools throughout the United States and even in churches you will hear gossip that have destroyed people and even marriages. We need to choose how we will use our words and there are benefits for using your words as healing medicine. At the same time using words as black magic will only make you more angry, bitter and filled with more hatred. It is my prayer that everyone chooses to use their words as healing medicine. This world would be a better place to live in.

  • Going Deep Self-Examination at Depth

    Going Deep
    Self-Examination at Depth

There are times when life urges us to seek more. Small changes to our comfort zone may fail to alleviate any sense of stagnancy or frustration, and we may need to examine our lives and ourselves more deeply to find the right place to start. Everything we need for success and joy lies within. But so often, life’s debris accumulates, building layers around our core that makes it difficult to access the truth that resides within. To reach the depth we wish to access, we must dive below these layers to the deepest parts of ourselves.

The first layer can be found in our minds. Our to-do lists and busy work are usually less important than we think, so we must look past them to examine the thoughts that matter most to us. The next layer can be found in our hearts, where past hurts and disappointments can sometimes cover up our vulnerabilities, as well as the truth of who and what really stirs the love within us. We can choose to go even deeper – to our center. If we can go beyond anything has affected us to the point that it blocks us at the gut level, we can reconnect with our power, our raw instincts, our organic yeses. Here, at the core, lies our truth. Our core is our foundation that supports us and what we’d like to build our authentic life upon.

When we examine ourselves to these depths, we are able to find what we wish to bring to the surface and what we wish to let go. When we remember what lies beneath our layers, we can look at what was floating on the surface, causing blocks and pains, and understand the purpose that they served. Oftentimes, it is the built up debris that causes us to go deeper, so we can search for the truth. Go deep, live life from your truth within, and watch your innate beauty manifest outward.

  • Urgent! Leonard Peltier needs a diabetes test kit now!

Urgent! Leonard Peltier needs a diabetes test kit now!

You may recall that Leonard suffers from diabetes. To date,
his diabetes has been managed by diet but this is difficult to do
when the prison won't give Leonard a test kit by which to monitor
his blood glucose level. Two weeks ago, I wrote to the warden at
Lewisburg asking that Leonard be given a diabetes test kit. I even
offered to purchase an approved kit if the prison cannot provide one.
I haven't received a response from the warden.

Yesterday, Leonard called--later than the norm. He's suffering
with a severe headache and other symptoms and is in a bad way.
When he was finally able to get tested at the prison infirmary, his
blood sugar measured 300. The highest blood glucose reading should
be less than 180 mg/dL (and that only one to two hours after eating).

We have to see to it that Leonard gets a diabetes test kit so that
he can control his diabetes. All supporters are urgently requested
    to contact:

    Warden
    USP Lewisburg
    US Penitentiary
    2400 Robert F. Miller Drive
    Lewisburg, PA 17837
    Phone: 570-523-1251
    Fax: 570-522-7745
    E-mail: LEW/EXECASSISTANT@BOP.GOV

    Also contact:

    D. Scott Dodrill, Regional Director
    Northeast Regional Office
    US Custom House
    2nd & Chesnut Street
    Philadephia, PA 19106
    Phone: 215-521-7301
    E-mail: NERO/EXECASSISTANT@BOP.GOV

    Harley G. Lappin, Director
    Federal Bureau of Prisons
    320 First Street., NW
    Washington, DC 20534
    Telephone: 202-307-3198

Be respectful, but firm. The situation is life threatening. After
many years of high blood sugar, Leonard is at serious risk for kidney
failure and the need for dialysis, blood vessel damage in the eyes
that can lead to blindness, and nerve damage in the feet that could
lead to the need for amputation. Supporters should also remember
that Leonard already suffers from a heart condition. Heart disease
is, in fact, the number one cause of death in people with diabetes.

Leonard needs our help. Act now. Write or fax a letter. Make a
call. Send an e-mail. Keep doing it until Leonard gets a diabetes
    test kit.

    Thank you.

  • My Pledge of Allegiance

    My Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to Creator and to the path Creator has put me on. I pledge allegiance to my family, to my ancestors who walked before me and to my future generations who will walk after me. I pledge to walk the way of the warrior, to protect those who need protection, to guide those who need guidance, and to help those who need my help. I pledge to be a man of honor and integrity and to do my part in making this world a better place to live. Aho.

  • We Must learn the ways of our ancestors

We Must learn the ways of our ancestors
We must learn to think like our great grand parents and their great grand parents did. They knew ways to live in peace and harmony with other nearby tribal neighbors who did not trespass upon their territory and they knew how to get along with other's within their own village. We need to learn to think and live like this again.

We must become dependent upon our Creator and rely upon the Creator.. We don't need alcohol or other things which will rob us of our honor and make fools of us.. Alcohol and other mind altering agents are very destructive to our native people and they are destroying our peoples spirit's.

Our people are happiest when they focus on the spiritual side of their lives. When they start depending on anyone or anything else, they get off the traditional red road.

We need to talk to our Elders who are still among us and have them teach us the sacred old ways. We need to have them teach us our culture, our tradition's and our customs. By doing this it will help unify us again. We must cease thinking who is full blooded, who is a half breed, who is registered and who is not because this hinders us and makes for ill feelings among our brothers and sisters and leads to even further separation.. It is past time for us to unite under love and caring for each other as our ancestors did..

Those among us who are elders must make the cause of teaching the young the old peaceful ways a top priority....

May you always have the best of the best things in life in abundance..

  • The best of the best things in life

The best of the best things in life

The best of the best things in life are...Love, Happiness and Good Health... When you have these in your life you never have a need for anything else..

Our Creator is the purest form of love that exists and we were all made from that love..

Doing what we were sent to earth to do gives us happiness and when we are blessed with good health we have all the essentials we will ever need to live a very good productive life..

When you have love, happiness and good health you should consider your self to be rich....

Never taste or eat any food or drink that will take over your senses and make your body, mind and spirit become weak..

    Running Fox

  • Strive to become Spiritually strong

We each must do the best we can to walk in balance here on Mother Earth in all aspects of our life..We must make a goal to become strong Physically, Mentally and most of all Spiritually.. Some among us are physically weak, some are mentally weak and some are spiritually weak.. There are some among us who are physically weak yet they are very mentally and spiritually strong..

I have found that some people who are physically or mentally sick and weak often ask them self why they are still alive...For those who ask that question they should stop and remember they are more than a physical person..They are a mental and spiritual person also and although they might not be able to do physical or perhaps mental exercises they have other parts of them self they can exercise.. Each of us are made of three parts..Physical, mental and spiritual and all these parts require care..They each must be nourished and exercised.. I am sure we all know how to feed our physical self..some, myself included, sometimes over do the feeding part and get over weight.. Most of us also know we need to nourish our mental self by learning or doing something..
Of all the parts that we are made from, the spiritual
part is the most important because that is the part of us that will exist forever...I believe some of us have forgotten how to nourish ourselves spiritually.. We must nourish ourselves spiritually through prayer to our Creator asking for guidance and wisdom and by striving to walk in balance here on Mother Earth..

  • The Warriors Way Code of Honor

The Warriors Way Code of Honor
    HONESTY AND JUSTICE
Be acutely honest throughout your dealings with all people. Believe in justice, not from other people, but from yourself. To the true Warrior, there are no shades of gray in the question of honesty and justice. There is only right and wrong.
    POLITE COURTESY
A Warrior has no reason to be cruel. They do not need to prove their strength. A Warrior is courteous even to his enemies. Without this outward show of respect, we are nothing more than animals.
    HEROIC COURAGE
Rise up above the masses of people who are afraid to act. Hiding like a turtle in a shell is not living at all. A Warrior must have heroic courage. It is absolutely risky, It is dangerous. It is living life completely, fully, wonderfully. Heroic courage is not blind, it is intelligent and strong.
    HONOR
A true Warrior has only one judge of honor, and this is himself. Decisions you make and how these decisions are carried out are a reflection of whom you truly are. You cannot hide from yourself.
    COMPASSION
Through intense training the Warrior becomes quick and strong. He is not as other men. He develops a power that must be used for the good of all. He has compassion. He helps his fellow man at every opportunity. If an opportunity does not arise, he goes out of his way to find one.
    COMPLETE SINCERITY
When a Warrior has said he will perform an action, it is as good as done. Nothing will stop him from completing what he has said he will do. He does not have to "give his word." He does not have to "promise."
    DUTY AND LOYALTY
For the Warrior, having done some "thing" or said some "thing," he knows he owns that "thing." He is responsible for it, and all the consequences that follow. A Warrior is immensely loyal to those in his care, to those he is responsible for, he remains fiercely true.
